		<description>This is an excellent analysis which should be required reading at the &#039;State Department&#039;. 
It is however interesting that the Iranian threat seems to be moving the Sunnis towards Sadatlike positions. 
Rosenthal rightly points out that it is not really an offer for negotiations, but a &#039;take-it-or -leave-it&#039; diktat. 
One other point. I do not believe that &#039;Hamas&#039; endorses this initiative, making it a most theoretical one indeed.</description>
