The fact is the assymetrical relation in terms of crimes against women in regard to Jews and Arabs in the Holy Land is not confined to the Army alone. In Israeli civilian society Jewish men raping Arab women is unheard of. Unfortunately there are many cases of Arab men raping Jewish women, including notorious ones in which murder is also involved.
