		<description>This is an excellent analysis which should be required reading at the 'State Department'. 
It is however interesting that the Iranian threat seems to be moving the Sunnis towards Sadatlike positions. 
Rosenthal rightly points out that it is not really an offer for negotiations, but a 'take-it-or -leave-it' diktat. 
One other point. I do not believe that 'Hamas' endorses this initiative, making it a most theoretical one indeed.</description>
