The massive releases of prisoners in the past have not only encouraged future kidnappings - they have led to large- scale terror actions in which there were many killed. The analysis of the problem given here by Vic Rosenthal- and his prescription for Israeli action- is the wisest I have seen. And this when it is difficult to be in any way happy about what the right thing is to do here.
