		<description>The failure of every Administration since the 1973 OPEC boycott to devise an Energy Policy which would free the United State of its need for foreign oil is now become too painfully clear. 
In Israel we do have poor leadership and seeming lack of vision on all sides. 
The hope is nonetheless that if the crisis or problem becomes great enough it will be addressed by democratic society capable of change.</description>
