The Vincent Peace Plan

At some point we have to face the fact that the Clinton-Barak ideas or variations thereof are not practical, because 1) they do not provide a secure environment for the Jewish state, and 2) they do not provide for a viable Palestinian Arab state. Yet alternatives are not taken seriously. Why?
